Here are some of the most common questions regarding Photographer’s Workflow.
Can I edit the templates?
Yes, any of the workflow templates can be fully edited. From the app tap on “Settings” –> “Workflow Templates” and then tap the template name you would like to edit. From here you can edit the template name, delete any tasks by swiping your finger across the task name or click on the task to edit any of the details.
Can I create my own workflow templates?
Yes, you can add as many workflow templates as you would like. Just tap “Settings” –> “Workflow Templates”
and then the “+” button on the top right corner of the screen.
Can my projects sync with my iPhone calendar?
Unfortunately right now there isn’t a way to directly work with the built in iPhone calendar. However Google does have a sync service which is free and will automatically sync your Google calendar and your iPhone. All you have to do is follow a few steps from this page:
Once it is setup everything will work seamlessly in the background.
Can my projects sync with my desktop iCal?
Yes, they can although the information still needs to go to Google first and then sync with your iCal. To set this up you will need to setup a CalDAV calendar in your iCal. To do this follow these steps:
Replace ‘firstname.lastname@example.org’ with the email address that you use to log in to Calendar. Make sure to include the ‘@domain.com’ portion (which is @gmail.com for Gmail users) in this section.
