Having a hard time keeping track of everything that needs to be done for your listings? Let Real Estate Assistant keep you organized.

Real Estate Assistant was created to help Realtors keep organized and focused on what needs to be done for every client. This is a quick and easy way to create a series of tasks from any client project that will import to your Google Calendar. With just a few taps on your iPhone, it will create a series of predefined events on your Google calendar. Simply create a new project, pick your workflow and start date. The app will do the rest and populate your calendar with all of the necessary events that you need to finish the job! It’s a great way to stay organized and each project can be customized to fit that specific clients needs. Real Estate Assistant is simple to use yet powerful.

Think of how many different things you need to do when you take on a new listing. You need to do the a CMA, meet with your clients, organize all of the paperwork, handle the marketing tasks and many more items. With Realtor Assistant, all you have to do is name your new project, tap the new listing workflow template and in a matter of seconds you will have all of the tasks on your Google calendar. And if you use Google Sync all of this info will also synchronize automatically on your iPhone’s native calendar.

Real Estate Assistant comes standard with 4 sample workflows; New Buyer, Pre Listing, Listings and Marketing the Listing. There are over 60 pre-set tasks already setup for you and you can edit these or add your own as needed. You can also create as many new workflows as you need.

Note: You do need a free Google calendar account to get the full use of this app.

  1. I thought there would be a way for me on the real estate app to list my listings. I want an easy place on my I-Phone to retrieve my listings and any notes. It this in the future or can I add to this app?

  2. As a Realtor, I’d love to try out such an app, as would some of the other Realtors in the office. Only we don’t like having to fool with google calendar (iphone is as technie as some of us get)…would be interested in seeing an app that was stand alone. Do you have plans to create such? Thanks!

  3. This is EXACTLY the app I’ve been searching for! Of course, bc there hasn’t been an OS4 update or an iPad version, I’m paranoid that it is going to discontinued or not supported/updated. Any chance I’m wrong?? If it is as good as it looks I will spread the word! Thanks, Lauren

  5. OK – my Mac buddy sent me the app and I down loaded it – THEN discovered you run it off Google’s Calendar.

Come on guys. I use a MAC – iCal, Mac’s Address Book and Mobile Me. So I will have limited functionalty.

How about getting it compatible with iCal ??????? After all its APPLE!

  6. Thanks for the comment Trevor and this should be coming out this week. Apple didn’t let developers access the calendar on the iPhone before 4.0 so it wasn’t possible until recently.

    Thanks,
